St. Basil’s sponsors boys and girls basketball teams for grades 4-8 and high school.  Registration is due in October.  Practices begin in November and competition begins in December and continues through mid-March.  Practices are typically held on week nights and competitions are scheduled for either Saturday or Sunday.  CYO also offers cheerleading and wrestling winter programs.  Parishioners interested in these additional sports not sponsored at St. Basil's, may be eligible to participate in a neighboring parish’s program.
