A Service opportunity for Families!

Sandwich Saturdays are held at 9 am in the Parish Center

Sandwiches made will go to agencies committed to helping the homeless and hungry living in the Cleveland area.

What to bring:
One to two loaves of Bread
One jar of peanut butter

One jar of Jelly

Sandwich baggies
One bag of fruit

A breakfast goodie to share.

If you would like to help drive the sandwiches to the shelters please call Robin Youngs at 526-1686. Help is always needed!

“Play-n-Pray”

St. Basil Mom/Dad and Tot Group

Do you want to connect with families who share your Catholic faith?
Are you new to St. Basil?
Are you a new mom or dad?
Do you have a newborn or a preschooler?

This group is for moms and dads who want to have an hour or so of play time for their kids and share in the prayerful support of other moms. Join us on the 2nd Wednesday of the month in the Family Life Center at 10:00 am. For more information contact

Mission Statement

The Mission of the Family Matters Ministry is to establish a vibrant network of families who have a desire to experience Jesus more deeply, spend quality family time together and perform service to those in need while at the same time, build a strong parish community and meaningful relationships among St. Basil families.

Provide families the opportunity to enjoy family friendly activities and a means to develop friendships within the parish community.
Service Provide families the opportunity to provide service to those in need and become more aware of social justice issues.
SpiritualProvide families the opportunity to experience Jesus more deeply through the Sacraments, Liturgies and spiritual programming.
